There are different kinds of personal information we may collect from the people who visit our Selfie Stations. You as the client will decide what works best for your activation. By Default we offer the guest an option of sharing their photo via SMS or Email. If you do not want both Default options we can disable ether, please let us know which you prefer.

When do we collect information?
After the guest complete a photo session they have an option to share/send their photo. If they skep the sharing/send option no contact information will be collected.
How do we use this information?
All the personal details obtained from the users are stored only for contact purposes or as requested or indicated by you the client. We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways: · Processing the users’ requests; · Providing outright information of our photo booth services
Where is the user contact information stored?
By default we save the information on a secure server and will share the contact information with you via a Web client portal, You are responsible with how and who you share that Web Portal link with after we send it to our primary billing contact.
What information is on the Web client portal?
All Images, A download link, Contact Information download link (If enabled) How many photos were taken, How many were sent by SMS and Email, How many were sent for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, Advance Face Tracking to include: how many faces where captured totals, male or female totals and Approximate ages
What options do I have with how User contact information is saved (Email and Phone Number)?
Please request your selected option if other that our Default settings.
1) Default (Contact information is stored on web portal along with full sharing stats via Web Portal)
2) Anonymous Mode (Contact information is wiped from physical station at event after photo is sent. (You will still receive full stats on the Web portal minus guest SMS and EMAIL information)
3) Private mode (You will not receive any contact or Web Portal link or Stats after the event)
How do we protect information on our website?
Our HTTPS website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a CLIENT places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
